Junctions & Joins

Joins require the most attention but are done easily when using our recommended products. Bond Breaker Tape is required for joins on substrates to allow sub-floor movement. For joining PDQ Poly sheet membranes, use Base Joint Tape before laying sheets and Top Mesh Tape after laying sheets. For corner details, use Outer Corner (OC) and Internal Corner (IC) - Soudal Soudatape

Primers & Sealers

Ensure ever lasting protection with a strong bond to the substrate using our PDQ Purple Primer and Soudal SMX50. Our primer is ideal for sealing porous, absorbent substrates. Ensure the substrate is clean and level and joins have been sealed before applying. Allow Purple Primer to dry before laying the PDQ Poly Sheet Membrane. Add Drying Retardant to the Purple Primer if surfaces are highly absorbent or ambient temperature is extremely high.
